Christopher Smith, from Portland, ME, majors in Finance and Management, with also a minor in Economics. He will graduate in 2012 and this is his first semester in the group. Chris currently holds the position of Sector Leader of the Industrials sector. Continue reading

Dan Cray

Dan Cray, from Putnam Valley, NY, majors in Accounting and Finance and will graduate in 2014. This is Dan’s first semester in the group, however he has been actively managing his own personal portfolio since high school. Dan will be interning this summer in Liberty Mutual’s Accounting and Finance program in Dover, New Hampshire. In addition to this group, Dan is an active member of the professional business fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi , an avid golfer, and a loyal New York sports fanatic. After college, Dan hopes to move back to New York and work in the Investment Banking Industry.

Thao Truong

Thao Truong, from Hochiminh City, Vietnam, majors in Finance, with a minor in Economics. She will graduate in 2012 and this is her first year in the group. In addition to her membership in the Group, she is also an active member of Alpha Kappa Psi, the professional business fraternity for the University. She has been an economic analyst intern with E-Forecasting.com, which allows her to conduct research on leading economic indicators, GDP, state sales tax, and also forecast market strengths of various industries. After graduation, her ambition is to work in the field of corporate finance.

Caitlin Tappan

Caitlin Tappan, from Wolfeboro, NH, is a dual major in Finance and International Business & Economics with a minor in Economics. She will graduate in 2013 and this is her first semester in the group. While also managing her own personal investments, Caitlin has held internships at Vigilant Capital Management and Technology Business Research. Her role at both companies was as a financial analyst. Caitlin’s goal upon graduation is to work in international investment analysis at an investment firm.
