Executive Team

Nicholas Savoia, from Natick, MA, is a senior Finance major and Economics minor and will graduate in 2018. This is his third year in the group where he holds the position of President. Last year, Nick held the position of Health Care Sector Leader, and was a Consumer Staples analyst before that. During the summer of 2017, Nick lived in Atlanta and worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst for SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in their Syndicated & Leveraged Finance Group.

 

Luke Palmer, from Franklin, MA is a senior Finance major and Economics minor graduating in 2018. This is his third year in the group where he holds the position of Portfolio Manager. Last year, Luke held the position of Fixed Income Sector Leader. During the summer of 2017, Luke was apart of the BNY Mellon Summer Analyst program, where he worked in fixed income asset management. In his spare time Luke enjoys playing the guitar, golfing, and spending time with friends.

 

William Cavanaugh, is a senior Finance major in the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. Originally from Braintree Massachusetts, this is his third year in the group and second year on the Executive Board. This year, Billy is the Executive Vice President and Fixed Income Sector Leader. This past summer, Billy interned at BNY Mellon and will be returning back to New York City after graduation to begin his career at BNY Mellon. Outside of the classroom, Billy has a passion for athletics and is currently is the President and Captain of the UNH Men's Lacrosse team. Some of his hobbies include reading, hiking playing golf and watching Tom Brady on the television.

 

Cullen Moore, from Franklin, Massachusetts, majors in Finance with a minor in Economics and will graduate in 2018. This will be his third year in the group where he holds the role of Chief Portfolio Strategist. In his first two years, Cullen has held the roles of Basic Materials Sector Leader and Industrials Sector Leader. During the summer of 2017, he was a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Bank Debt Portfolio Group. Outside of Atkins, Cullen enjoys playing golf, lacrosse & hockey, as well as spending time with friends & family. Upon graduation, Cullen has high aspirations of becoming an Investment Banking Analyst at a top firm.

 

Nicholas Bouchard, from Colebrook, NH, is a Senior in the Peter T. Paul College of Business & Economics majoring in Business Administration with options in Finance and Accounting. This is his third year in the group where he will serve as the Vice President of Operations as well as the Real Estate Sector Leader. Last year he served as the Financials Sector Leader and as an Energy Sector Analyst in his first year. During the Summer of 2017 Nicholas interned at Ernst & Young within the Business Advisory division in the Financial Services Organization branch. In his spare time, Nick enjoys snowmobiling, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.

 

Alexys Gilcreast, from Hudson, NH, majors in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Psychology, and will graduate in 2018. This will be her third year in the group where she will leave her role as President to serve as the Vice President of External Affairs and Sector Leader of the Consumer Discretionary sector. At UNH, Alexys is a Deans Ambassador, the Head Peer Advisor for the FIRE program, and serves on the UNH Foundation Board’s Committee on Investor Responsibility. Outside of the classroom she enjoys reading, hiking, spending time at Lake Winnipesaukee, and running for various charities. After graduation Alexys will join the Deals Team at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Economic Strategy Team

Cullen Moore, from Franklin, Massachusetts, majors in Finance with a minor in Economics and will graduate in 2018. This will be his third year in the group where he holds the role of Chief Portfolio Strategist. Eliot Coulter, from Beijing, China, majors in Applied Mathematics with a focus in Economics and will graduate in 2019. This is his second semester in the group where he will be an analyst in the Economic Strategy Sector. This summer he went to Mongolia on a military exchange program through the ROTC program and got to learn about the nation’s culture and history. Next summer he will be going to advance camp for the Army where his leadership skills are graded, then proceed to shadow an intelligence officer to learn about his mission and responsibilities. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, basketball and all types of water sports. After graduation, he wishes to become an officer in the United States Army, and eventually start his own company.

 

Ciaron Mahon, from Manchester, New Hampshire, is pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Business Administration, and expects to graduate in 2020. This will be Ciaron’s first year as an analyst in the group. For the past three summers Ciaron has lived in Germany learning the language and would like to gain engineering or financial experience as an intern at a German firm. Outside of Atkins, he has gotten involved through the Social Innovation Challenge and is conducting research on methane activation with Dr. Nan Yi, a professor in the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences. His hobbies include playing the cello with the UNH Symphony, learning new languages, and swimming.

 

Basic Materials Sector

Charles White, from Cornish, NH, is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics and will graduate in 2019. This will be his second year in the group where he will serve as Basic Materials Sector Leader and was previously an Economics Team Analyst. During the summer of 2017 he will work as a Commercial Credit Intern at Eastern Bank in Bedford, NH. Outside of the classroom he is a part of the Cycling Club on campus as well as being actively involved in his fraternity Sigma Phi Epsilon. After graduation he hopes to pursue higher education in the Economics field before entering the financial services industry.

 

Peter White, is a senior from Jaffrey, New Hampshire pursuing a degree in Economics. Outside of Atkins, Peter enjoys active involvement with Cru, a campus ministry. Singing, Boston sports and reading. Upon graduation, Peter is pursuing a career in investment banking. His interest in banking and private equity originated from King of Capital by David Carey, which his brother bought for him in high school.

 

Kelley Brennan, from Bolton, MA, is a senior Accounting major with a minor in Economics. She will graduate in May 2018 with 150 credits as a second year Analyst. Last year, she spent her time as a Consumer Staples Analyst and will now be transitioning into her role as a Basic Materials Analyst. During the summer of 2017, Kelley was an auditing intern for RSM in Boston, MA where she traveled to various clients and spent some time getting to know the office. Outside of the Group, Kelley is a sister of Chi Omega, president of Friends of Jaclyn, and a member of the Order of Omega honor society. In her free time, she enjoys playing soccer, volunteering for Make-A-Wish, and learning how to play golf.

 

Consumer Discretionary Sector

Alexys Gilcreast, from Hudson, NH, majors in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Psychology, and will graduate in 2018. Jes Selensky, from Darien, CT, majors in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and will graduate in 2018. This will be her third year in the group where she will leave her role as Fixed Income Sector Analyst to be a Consumer Discretionary Analyst. During the summer of 2017 she will be working for KPMG as an Audit Intern. In addition to being a member of Atkins, she is also a member of Alpha Phi Omega and Women in Business. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys running, cooking/baking, and spending time with family and friends. After graduation she hopes to work in auditing at one of the Big 4 Accounting Firms where she can incorporate both her interest in accounting as well as continuing to give back to the community through a variety of community service projects.

 

Julie Montgomerey, from Hanover, NH, is a Business Administration major with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics and will graduate in 2020. This is her first year in the group where she holds the position as a Consumer Discretionary Sector Analyst. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. After graduation, Julie aspires to work in investment banking or asset management.

 

Consumer Staples Sector

Andre Filadelfo, from Milford, MA, is pursuing a dual major in Accounting and Finance and will graduate in 2018. This will be his second year in the group where he will take role as the Consumer Staples Sector Leader. Last year, he held the position of Healthcare Sector Analyst. Furthermore, Andre is a returning Business Operations intern at Dell EMC. In his spare time he enjoys travelling, playing sports, and exercising.

 

Taylor McDonald, from Darien, Connecticut is a Psychology Major and Entrepreneurship minor and will be graduating in 2018. This is her second year in the group working as an analyst previously for the Consumer Discretionary Sector. This past semester she studied abroad in Florence, Italy and is returning back to the group to join the Consumer Staples Sector. Last summer Taylor interned with Nettwerk Music group as a Publicity Intern in New York City. After graduation she aspires to work within the music or entertainment industry in the New York area. In the UNH community Taylor is a DJ for WUNH and when she is not working, she loves spending time with animals as well as drawing/painting.

 

Jake Yennaco, from Windham, NH, is a sophomore Business Administration major with an option in finance. This is his first year in the group where he holds the position of Consumer Staples Sector Analyst. Jake currently works as a sales associate at Granz Power Equipment and aspires to be involved in investment banking after graduation. In his free time Jake enjoys playing guitar, skateboarding, and listening to music.

 

Energy Sector

Caroline Schmidt, from North Andover, MA, majors in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics and will graduate in 2018. This will be her third year in the group where she has previously served as a Healthcare and Energy Sector Analyst, and this year will be serving as Energy Sector Leader. During the summer of 2017 Caroline will be working as a Distribution Administration Intern at Eaton Vance Investment Managers. Previously she has worked at State Street Global Advisors as an ETF Sales Intern. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. After graduation, Caroline aspires to work in the financial services industry.

 

Maxwell Craig, from Boxford, MA, is a senior Finance major and Economics minor who will graduate in 2018. This is his second year in the group where he holds the position as an Energy Sector Analyst. During the summer of 2017, Maxwell interned at Ladenburg Thalmann in New York as an investment banking intern. In addition to the group, he is also an attackman on the men’s lacrosse team at UNH. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring with friends, CrossFit, and skiing.

 

Hanzla Sheikh, is a sophomore from Gujranwala Pakistan, majoring in Finance and Accounting. This is his first year in the group as an Energy Sector Analyst, covering SunPower Corp. He currently works as an intern for the undergraduate's office at Paul and as a recruiter for ALKU. His hobbies include cooking, watching the Patriots and reading. Hanzla hopes to one day own his own consulting firm and help build businesses from the ground up. He aspires to be a role model for his four younger brothers and pave the way for them.

 

Financials Sector

John Evans, from Dover, NH, is a junior Finance major that will graduate in 2019. This is his second year in the Group, where he holds the position of Financials Sector Leader. Last year, John held the position of Basic Materials Sector Analyst. Over the summer of 2017, John interned at Prime Buchholz as a Research Intern. Outside of the Group, John is the Recruitment Chair for the Sigma Chi fraternity. In his free time, John enjoys football, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

 

Jeremy Dorrel, from South Bend, IN, is a Business Administration major with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics and will graduate in 2019. This will be his second year in the group where he will join the Financials sector as an analyst. He previously was an analyst in the Fixed Income sector. During the summer of 2017, Jeremy worked at Thomas Story and Son LLC as a member of their portfolio management team. Outside of academics, he is currently the President of the UNH Men’s Rugby Team and enjoys reading and traveling in his spare time.

 

Michael Bechtold, from New London, NH, is a junior working towards a dual major in Entrepreneurial Studies and Finance. He will be graduating in 2019, and this is his first year in Atkins, where he is an analyst in the Financial sector. Michael is also a member of the international honors program Beta Gamma Sigma, and aspires to start his own business. Michael enjoys playing guitar, making people laugh, and doing his own personal investing.

 

Healthcare Sector

Anthony Santosuosso, from Rochester, NH, is a Junior Finance major and Economics minor graduating in 2019. This will be his second year in the group where he holds the position of Healthcare Sector Leader. Last year, Anthony held the position of Utilities Sector Analyst. During the summer of 2017, Anthony interned at Inland Management, the operating arm of National Land Partners, in Williamstown, MA, working as a Finance Intern. Apart from the group Anthony enjoys traveling, reading, music, and playing/watching sports.

 

Charlie Andes, from Avon Lake, Ohio, is pursuing a dual major in Accounting and Finance. Charlie spent the summer of 2017 serving tables at the Cleveland Yachting Club. On campus, Charlie is a member of the professional business fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi, the Founding Treasurer of a social fraternity, and a Paul College Peer Advisor. He is dedicated to developing other students and the reputation of Paul College. Next summer, Charlie will join the PricewaterhouseCoopers team in Cleveland as an Assurance Intern. One of his favorite hobbies is running, but he also enjoys reading and having meaningful conversations with others.

 

Kevin Murphy, from Danbury, CT, is a rising sophomore Finance major and is on track to graduate in 2019. This is his first year in the group where he holds the position of Healthcare Sector Analyst. In addition to the Group, Kevin is an inaugural Paul Scholar and member of the UNH Entrepreneurship Club. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys traveling abroad as well as playing and watching soccer and baseball.

 

Industrials Sector

Scott Brockelbank, from Kensington, New Hampshire, is a senior with a dual-option in Finance and Information Systems & Business Analytics. This is his second year in the group where he holds the position of Industrials Sector Leader. Scott will be working at Brown Brothers Harriman in Boston, MA as a Fund Accounting Intern in the summer of 2017. He also owns and operates Kensington Kettle, a kettle corn business that sells at fairs, festivals and local stores all year-round. In his down time, Scott likes riding his motorcycle, watching football and traveling.

 

Cameron Bean, is currently a part of the class of 2019, majoring in finance with a minor in economics. During the summer of 2017, he interned at Dell EMC as a financial training intern, helping work on an inventory valuation process. Upon graduation, he hopes to work in the financial services field as an internal wholesaler. Outside the classroom, he is a TA in microeconomics and is a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity.

 

Amelia Milonas, from Hooksett, NH, is a sophomore studying Finance and International Business & Economics and will graduate in 2020. This is her first year in the group where she will serve as an Industrials Sector Analyst. During the summer of 2017, Amelia worked at Lexie’s Joint and Candia Woods Golf Course. In addition to the group, Amelia is a part of the professional business fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi. Outside of academics, Amelia enjoys traveling, playing golf, and snowboarding. After graduation, she hopes to work at a large investment firm.

 

Technology Sector

Logan Hoffman, from Biddeford, Maine, is a junior pursuing a double major in Economics and Finance and will graduate in 2019. This is his second year in the Group where he serves as the Technology Sector Leader. Last year, he held the position of Fixed Income and Credit Analyst before switching over to the Technology Sector. During the 2017 summer, Logan worked as a research analyst intern at Technology Business Research in Hampton, New Hampshire. Outside of the Group, Logan serves as the Vice President of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity as well as the Corporate Relations Committee Chairman for the Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity. Academics aside, Logan enjoys playing the guitar, reading, and exploring the great outdoors.

 

Matthew French, from Hopkinton, NH, majors in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, International Business and Economics with a minor in Spanish and will graduate in 2018. This is his second year in the group where he holds the position as a Technology Sector Analyst. During the summer of 2016, Matt started working as a Marketing Intern for the Manchester Monarch, LLC.. During the summer of 2017, he also interned at Bow Street Capital as a financial intern. In his spare time, Matt enjoys lacrosse, soccer, movies and traveling. Additionally, Matt plays Goalie on the UNH Lacrosse team.

 

Sean Ray, from South Brunswick, New Jersey, majors in Finance and Management and will graduate in 2020. This is his first year in the group where he is taking on the role of an analyst in the Technology Sector. During the summer of 2018 he hopes to find a position at either Raytheon or Rise Wealth Management in the form of a Financial Analyst or Equity Research Intern. Sean also loves spending time with family and friends whenever possible. Some of his hobbies include playing soccer and going to the gym. After graduation Sean has hopes of becoming the CFO of a large company or a financial analyst at a top firm.

 

Real Estate Sector

Nicholas Bouchard, from Colebrook, NH, is a Senior in the Peter T. Paul College of Business & Economics majoring in Business Administration with options in Finance and Accounting. This is his third year in the group where he will serve as the Vice President of Operations as well as the Real Estate Sector Leader. Austin Wildes, from Seabrook, NH, is a junior Finance major and will graduate in 2019. This is his second year in the group where he holds the position of REIT Sector Analyst. Last year, Austin held the position of Financial Institutions Sector Analyst. Upon graduation, he plans to work at an investment bank or multinational corporation where he can pursue his passion pertaining to the ever-changing global markets and make an impact in the world of business. In addition to the Group, in his spare time, Austin enjoys traveling as well as playing golf, filmmaking, and surfing.

 

Brennan Ross, from Hampton, NH, majors in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and will graduate in 2019. This will be his first year in the group where he will serve as a Real Estate Sector Analyst. Outside of class, Brennan owns a real estate development company focusing on developing commercial office and multi-family real estate. Upon graduating, Brennan plans to start a private investment firm focusing on investing and developing commercial real estate.

 

Telecommunications Sector

Aaron LeLacheur, from Reading, MA is pursuing a degree in Quantitative and Analytical Finance and expects to graduate in 2018. This is his third year in the group, but his first as the Telecommunications Sector Leader. During the summer of 2017, he served as a Corporate Audit Intern at State Street. Previously, worked as both an IT and Quality Assurance Intern at Zoll Medical Corp. Outside of the classroom Aaron Captains the UNH Men’s Rugby team, he also enjoys skiing, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.

 

Eric Munson, from Hampton, NH, is a sophomore studying business administration with an option in finance and a minor in French, and is expected to graduate in 2020. This is his first year in the Group, serving as a telecommunications sector analyst. During the summer of 2017, he spent a month in France studying at the University of Burgundy. In his leisure time, Eric enjoys traveling, spending time in the gym, playing golf, and spearfishing. Following graduation, Eric hopes to work as an investment banker.

 

Brian Rivet, Brian Rivet, from North Andover, MA, is a sophomore Business Administration major and will graduate in 2020. This is his first year in the group where he holds the position of Telecommunications Sector Analyst. After graduation Brian hopes to use his skills and knowledge acquired at UNH to have an immediate impact in the work force. Outside of the classroom Brian enjoys golfing, boating and watching sports.

 

Utilities Sector

Patrick Thompson, from Cape Cod, is a senior studying finance & economics. Currently, he serves as the Utilities Sector Leader and previously was an Energy Sector Analyst. Prior to his penultimate year, Patrick interned at Morgan Stanley. This past summer he interned at Point72. He enjoys golfing, exercising, and trying new restaurants.

 

Patrick Kelsey, from New Boston, NH, majors in Business Administrations with a focus in Finance and Accounting and will graduate in 2018. This is his second semester in the group where he holds the position of Utilities Sector Analyst. This summer, Patrick will be interning in the Commercial Assurance Department at Ernst & Young, and interned the summer before at Blue Water Mortgage Corporation. In his spare time, he enjoys biking, playing basketball, and spending time with friends and family. Upon graduating, Patrick will pursue his CPA and hopes to work in business consulting.

 

David Selmer, from Hancock, NH, is a junior Accounting and Finance major who will graduate in 2019. This is his first year in the group where he holds the position of a sector analyst. David’s career aspirations include becoming a certified public accountant. His hobbies include playing drums and soccer.

 

Fixed Income Sector - Corporate and Sovereign Debt

William Cavanaugh is a senior Finance major in the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. Zachery Fitzgerald, from South Hampton, NH, majors in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance coupled with a minor in Economics, and will graduate in 2018. This year is his third year in the group where he serves as a Fixed Income Sector Leader. Previously, he had served as a Fixed Income Analyst, following his position as a Basic Materials Equity Analyst. During the summer of 2017, Zach was a Summer Research Analyst at DDJ Capital Management. In his spare time, Zach is an avid golfer and woodcrafter.

 

Claire Hawkes, from Lee, NH, majors in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Dance and is on track to graduate in 2018. She will be returning to the group for her second semester as a Fixed Income Analyst. Outside of her studies she serves as the President of the Business Honor Society, Beta Gamma Sigma, volunteers with her Sisters of Chi Omega, and practices aerial dance. During the summer of 2017, Claire interned at Ballentine Partners as an Investment Intern. After graduation she hopes to work at an investment firm while continuing to pursue her love for dance.

 

Devin Cahill, is a Junior at the University of New Hampshire, and is enrolled in the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, with a focus in Finance. Before attending college, he spent four years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps, where he was the Sergeant in charge of support and logistics for his platoon. In addition to his role in the Atkins Investment Group, he also a member of the university’s professional business fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi.

 

William Saunders, from Hampton, NH, majors in Finance, and minors in Economics. He expects to graduate from the University of New Hampshire in the Spring of 2020. William will enter his first semester in the Atkins Investment group as an analyst for the Fixed Income Sector II. During the summer of 2017, he worked as a finance intern at The Music Hall in Portsmouth, NH. During the summers, he also works in the pro shop at Abenaqui Country Club in Rye, NH. Aside from work and school, William enjoys playing golf, hockey, spending time at the beach, and working to improve his skills in his newly found hobbies of both surfing and skiing. After graduation, he hopes to further his studies in pursuit of an MBA degree, and later on, work in wealth management to help improve individual’s financial situations.
